Principle

Vacuum activation machine is to use vacuum pressure to laminate the plastic workpiece with leather, and at the same time to draw out the air inside the laminat-ed workpiece, and to activate the glue between the plastic workpiece and the leather by heating to achieve a tight bonding effect.

Vacuum activation machine is suitable for vacuum suction lamination moulding of automobile interior parts such as armrest, door panel, automobile dashboard, central control parts and so on.

• Adopts the cooling function to ensure that the glue is cured before opening the cover.
• The internal hot air circulation function effectively saves heat resources and electricity consumption.
• Heating and cooling in one, when the glue is activated, it can be quickly cooled and the vacuum suction is ended when the glue is cured.
• Heating time, cooling time, input air pressure value, oven temperature and other parameters are adjustable.
